What Questions To Ask When Interviewing A San Diego Landscaping Company?
When hiring a landscaping company there are many questions to ask a company that certifies them as a qualified candidate. These questions are important due to fraud and misrepresentation of company's or individual's that may not be certified to perform the job to California State standards.
1) Is the company that you are interviewing qualified and Licensed through the State of California?
A company needs to be certified and licensed through the State of California. This means that the company or individual meets the requirements of the state.
2) Is the company Insured and Bonded?
Insured and Bonded... What does that mean to me as a home owner? Most companies are not insured or bonded. This means if an electric line or a gas line is broken due to digging a new irrigation system being, does the company have insurance to pay for the incident? Or do you have to pay for it.
3) Does the company have references of local San Diego Homeowners?
A company might be qualified but do they do good work. Quality work and being on time with the project is most San Diego Contractors down fall. Ask for references of recent work to make sure the contractor is still providing quality service.

The San Diego Landscaping business is a large one and continues to grow, though having your property professionally landscaped can be costly. Anyone with a pickup truck, a few shrubs and a lawn mower can claim to be a landscaping company so you need to use caution.
